How sustainability scores work
Sustainability combines AI-resistance, structural demand drivers (regulation, market growth, demographics), and skill barrier defensibility. 9/10 means likely to exist and pay well for a decade+. 5/10 means real now but could look different in 3–5 years.
Repeat work measures how naturally a first project leads to ongoing work. 8–9 = retainer-friendly. 5–6 = project-based with new business needed between engagements.
Time to credible = how long before you can pitch at the established rate with 2–3 relevant case studies and a positioning that doesn't need explaining.
